01 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

02 Eligibility
To register for and use the desa99 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
- You must be a natural person of legal capacity — corporate entities may not register personal Player Accounts.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with desa99 or any associated exclusion scheme.

Age Restriction — 21+ Only: desa99 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
03 Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each Player may hold only one active Account on the desa99 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. desa99 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and confiscate any associated balances or winnings.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). desa99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to secure your login details. You must immediately notify desa99 if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting our support team.
3.3 Accurate Registration Information
You must register using your real full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Indonesian mobile phone number, and accurate residential address. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds. desa99 reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time.
3.4 Account Closure
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified balance will be returned to your nominated bank account or cryptocurrency wallet following standard withdrawal procedures. Accounts cannot be closed while a pending bonus wagering requirement remains active unless the bonus is first forfeited.
04 KYC Verification
desa99 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All Players are required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. The following documents may be required:
- Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or government-issued photo ID.
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months showing your registered address.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
desa99 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. Cryptocurrency deposits in USDT are also accepted. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 100.000 equivalent for USDT. Deposits must originate from a bank account or wallet registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or cryptocurrency wallet registered under your verified desa99 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Processing times are typically 1–24 hours following successful KYC verification, though desa99 does not guarantee specific processing windows during peak periods or Indonesian public holidays. desa99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
5.3 Currency and Conversion
All Account balances are held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) unless the Player has specifically opted for a USDT cryptocurrency account. Any currency conversion applicable to USDT transactions will use the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. desa99 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal for cryptocurrency accounts.
5.4 Transaction Limits
desa99 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits on any Account at its sole discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes or compliance requirements. Players may also request voluntary deposit limits through our support team in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy.

06 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by desa99 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable terms for that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied, bonus-derived winnings remain non-withdrawable.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
desa99 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting software errors or loopholes, placing opposing bets to guarantee a mathematical advantage, or any other strategy that contravenes the spirit of the promotion. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.
6.4 Expiry
Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated promotional validity period will expire automatically. desa99 is under no obligation to reinstate expired bonuses. Players are encouraged to review the specific validity period of each offer before claiming.
Note: desa99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed in good faith prior to the modification date.
07 Gameplay Rules
7.1 Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on desa99 — including pre-match, in-play, Asian handicap (voor bola, the Indonesian-style spread bet), mix parlay accumulators, and outright markets — are subject to the specific sport and market rules applicable at the time of placement. desa99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was subject to a pricing error, data feed failure, or clearly incorrect odds.
7.2 Casino Games
All casino games available on desa99 — including slots, live dealer tables, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or physical dealing processes overseen by licensed studios. 7.3 Disconnection and Technical Issues

08 Prohibited Conduct

- Depositing funds on behalf of another person or accepting third-party deposits into your Account.
